FREEDOM FESTIVAL OFFERS FAMILY FUN FROM MORNING TO NIGHT

The Freedom Festival in Gahanna is rooted in tradition, yet visionary in its offering and appeal. The annual festival, held this year on Friday, July 4, promises to entertain and engage residents of all ages.

The jam-packed day, which runs from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., includes: the famed Lions Club parade, family fun festival with inflatable games, kids activities, a FREE concert and of course spectacular fireworks.

“We really want this to be the largest Gahanna backyard barbecue,” said Tony Collins, Director of Parks & Recreation. “We have a day filled with opportunities for our community to celebrate, honor and preserve, all that is important to us – freedom, civic pride, and family fun.”
